Hi
beautiful people!
Valentine’s
Day is around the corner, so I thought it would be fun to do some valentine
inspired hairstyles. I’ve been seeing different styles and I’m pretty
smitten. So I’ve tried creating two different charming valentine heart
shaped hairstyles. These are super easy, you can easily try them on your own at
home.
so the first look that I've created is Heart shaped braid.
so the first look that I've created is Heart shaped braid.
HEART SHAPED BRAID
Check
out the tutorial below
1.
Section
the hair into two parts
Take
a section of hair from left side of hair near the temples, further divide it
into three pieces to start a simple three strand braid, trick that I've used here is to start
braiding with outer piece to go in first
2.
Braid
this section and secure it with an elastic
Braiding it all the way down , secure it with a rubber band at the end.
3.
Repeat
the steps for the other section
Now
take a section from right side near the temples repeat the same steps.
4.
Now
you have two braids at the back of your head , gently pull the loops of braid a
little so that it may look nice
5.
Wrap
one braid
Take
one braid, whatever sides you want to start with, take the braid in upward direction, wrap
it to go inside out in order to give it a desired shape, moving it inside out
will form an angle of heart.
6.
Tuck
some bobby pins
Tuck
some bobby pins on the outside of the braid, it will help securing the braid at
a place you want to fix it
7.
Now
repeat the steps for the other braid aswell
8.
Twist
the ends of both braid to make a heart shape
Now
twist the ends of the braids together, secure it with either bobby pin or an elastic and you are good to go.
Another
look that I loved creating is
PANCAKED HALF HEART UP
Tutorial for the look mentioned below with visuals :
1.
To
begin the hear half up what you need to do is pick two strands of hair from
front of the head towards the back at the center.
1.
Secure
it with an elastic band here
3.
Now
on the right side take another section of hair right below the first section of
hair near the temples , take it back and put it under and up through the first
section of your hair. Now take it back and put this section under and up
through your first section of the hair now you will go back down in between the
upper and lower pieces. That’s how you created the one side of your heart
4.
Repeat
the steps on the left side of your hair
5.
Now you will tie both sides with an elastic.
6.
To
give it fuller look, just stretch the loops of your heart from the top to
create an arch for heart shape.
This is my second charming valentine heart shaped hairstyle.
Hope you guys like the looks. Let me know in the comments which heart in the hair you like the most ? :)
