Hey guys
I hope you guys are safe and sound since we all know that
pandemic coronavirus or covid-19 has taken over the whole world. The Only way
through which one can stay safe is “social distancing” and “washing hands for
at least 20seconds”
This coronavirus lockdown has made most of us depressed and
feelings like anxiety , boriat and all
But just let me tell you if we just change the way we are
viewing our current situation we can actually come out of it winningly
innshALLAH.
First of all, think about it as this is ALLAH’S will and
ponder upon what does he expects from us through this
Like in ramzan ALLAH TA’ALA bless us with itekaf and what’s
the purpose of itekaf ? It is to take a break from all kind of social meetings
and to connect and repent to ALLAH so that he may cleanse our heart. Just like
that think about this whole situation as ALLAH wants us to take a break from
our social life and reconnect to him.
im writing for people who are privileged enough to stay at
home. Those who aren’t financially dependent on daily wages. Obviously people
are loosing out on money but still Alhamdulilah if we actualy think about our own
situation we are much more blessed than we can even think of at this time
So how should we behave in this pandemic and how to come out
winningly through this?
1. Stop burdening yourself by thinking too
much about the future
So many people even in my circle they are
just burdening themselves and all the time reading , listening and sharing the
news of coronavirus. Stop taking the information , don’t let the information
overflow , the amount of information which we need to know , we already know
that is all the precautionary measures.
2. Adopt it or treat it like a holiday
We need to understand that it’s is our
social responsibility to stay at home for ourselves and for other’s safety
aswell. Make a niyat of saving other’s life or humanity’s goodwill and get
ALLAH’S reward innshaALLAH.
Moreover we don’t have any other option than
that. The only option we have right now is to spend the time being in
depression or being happy “k haey ab kia krai kuch karny ko nahii or treat it
like a blessing that you have no work pressure , no studies pressure.
In short ALLAH ta’ala ne time diya hai make
most of it spend it the way you like it.
Specially to those who have always been
complaining that “we don’t have time to spend with family or to watch Netflix ,
to work-out ,wish we could have some spare time and all.
So people this is the golden time for each
and every one of us.
ALLAH

3. Do exercise daily
There so many videos which can be found
easily on youtube , DIY videos , yoga. Air quality of Lahore is way better than
before so even if you aren’t willing to do that. Do a 30 minute walk daily or
you can ride a bicycle if you have one. This isn’t not only good for your physical
health but mental health as well.
4. Do something creative / pick up a hobby
This is the best time to explore your
talents, stop being so lazy be creative pick up a hobby find your passion if
you don’t know already. Like reading ,
writing , gardening , baking ,stitching ,designing, hairstyling , makeup
anything which interests you.
If in case you can’t decide what to do so here is
a tip specially for girls ,start cooking with your mom “the daily ka salaan”.
So that when we come out of this we can feel accomplished that we have actually
learnt something during this lockdown. Believe in yourself know your worth
5. Explore your inner self
Think about your life , think about your
inner self, ponder over your good and bad habits. What are things that you have
adopted and you want to get rid of which are actually disliked by ALLAH ta’ala ,
repent to him ,treat this time like a itekaf or imagine you get a free rehab
where you can try to leave all your bad habits and thoughts.
Try adopting some good qualities e.g the
best thing to do right now is be kind and loving towards your parents. Help
them in their household work as much as you can , spend time with them trust me
this can be a golden time to get Maa Baap ki duaa .Yes you can do it.
We all can do it

Ponder upon your deeni and dunyawi life, where
do you wanna see yourself as a spiritual and practical person. Work on it
·
Lastly a lot of people say that this is sign of
ALLAH’s anger and yes that might be true
but it’s on us to either change it in a punishment or blessing.
